The product we use for mould remediation is ‘Mr Mould’, a product produced and distributed by Essential Shield.

Here are the conclusions from an Independent Testing Lab in January 2012.

To demonstrate the effectiveness of their mould remediation work, Essential Shield’s client, Duted Air Solutions, commissioned ‘Mouldlab’ (NSJ Envirosciences Pty Ltd) to conduct analysis of ‘Bio Tape Lift Offs’ taken from a Lismore property prior to remediation work and one hour after remediation work.

The essence of the Mouldlab report was:

SUMMARY:

Mouldlab Conclusions:

“The levels of mould detected within the premises were High to Very High and therefore constitute a health risk. With reference to the types and levels of mould detected in the samples submitted from the above site, generations of mould were dectected which includes species which are known to be either:
– Allergenic and/or
– Mycotoxin producers.”
