Mould Treatment

Natural mould remediation refers to the process of removing and treating mould infestation using environmentally friendly and not-toxic methods. We have a four-part mould remediation Plan.

  2. Remediate the property. – physical mould removal.
  3. Fogging to eliminate air borne mould spores – minimising recolonisation.
  4. A maintenance action plan for the occupants. – to control future outbreaks.

Fogging

  • Fogging is a process of atomising our specially formulated, water based product that is powered by five therapeutic grade essential oils into a fine mist of between 7-10 micron particles which penetrate areas we are not able to reach by normal cleaning methods.
  • Our special blend of essential oils of lemon, cinnamon,Tea-tree eucalyptus and clove have been proven to remediate all forms of toxic moulds.
  • Once deployed using our ULV cold fine micron fogging machine, the essential oils move to vapour phase reaching into and treating the entire room/s and their contents.
  • Please check with all residents that they do not have an issue with any of the five essential oils being deployed within the home. If there is an issue please let us know prior to us commencing works.

      •  Air Sampling: Air samples are collected to

        can help identify hidden mould sources not visible during the
        visual inspection.
      • Surface Sampling: Swabs or tape lifts are used to
        collect samples from surfaces suspected of mould contamination.
        These samples are analysed in a laboratory to identify the types
        of mould present.

      •  Identification: The collected samples are sent
        to a laboratory where they are analyzed to identify the types and
        concentrations of mould present.
      • Report Generation: The laboratory results are
        compiled into a detailed report, which includes information on the
        specific mould species found and their potential health effects.

      • Detailed Report: The mould inspection report typically includes :

        • Visual Findings: Documentation of visible
          mould growth, water damage, and areas of concern.
